Back to School- Backpack Tag

Here's a cute little backpack tag I made for Amanda's backpack- she started kindergarten today!! I cannot get over how fast 5 years has gone by! Anyway, she was super-excited and happy to head off this morning. She was even more excited when I picked her up, and had so many fun and amazing stories to tell us about her day. She can't wait to go back again tomorrow.

The image on the front of the tag is from Pink Cat Studios Back to School collection and is a digi stamp. I colored it with Copic markers and added glittery accents with Stickles on the dress and lunchbox. The ribbon is PTI raspberry fizz stitched.

The tag is cut using the Spellbinders Labels 10 die. I sponged around the edges with Memento Angel Pink ink. The back of the tag is raspberry fizz cardstock from PTI. I stamped the sentiment from MFT- Emma and Her Backpack inside the frame from PTI's Fillable Frames 7.

It doesnt show here, but at the bottom of the tag, I wrote: This backpack belongs to Amanda, Grade: Kindergarten, Teacher: Ms. Clark.

Here's to a fun school year for all of my friends and their kiddos!!

HI Adorable Owl

Happy Wednesday Peeeeeeeeps!! Hope everyone is having a fan-tab-u-lous day! Here's a card I made using another adorable digi stamp from Pink Cat Studio. This owl cutie is called, Patches. This card follows Taylor's sketch for the DTGD challenges. I wanted to go woodsy theme on this card, since the owl was such a cutie and kinda reminds me of Woodsy Owl. Anyone remember him from back in the day??? Lol. You know, "Give a Hoot, Don't Pollute!!" The card is 5X5 square, on a PTI white base- immpresssed with the sunshine impression plate. I used Echo Park pattern papers- Walk in the Park collection. The image is colored with Copics, and die cut using Spellbinders Classic Circles LG and SM. I sponged new sprout Memento ink around the image. The letter stickers are from Echo Park's Life is Good collection. I used PTI twine to tie around the card. Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you have a wonderful day!!

Mahalo Kitty

Here's an adorable Kitty image from Pink Cat Studio, called Hula Kitty. I had fun making this card from some scraps that I had laying around on my craft desk.

The card base is 3.5"X5" and is the leftover strip from making a 5X5 card earlier. I ran it through my Cuttlebug with the font impression plate from PTI.

The oval die cuts I had laying on the desk too, so I used them here. I colored the image with Copics and added glittery accents to the flowers and Kitty's collar, and glossy accents to Kitty's eyes. I sponged around the image with new sprout Memento ink. The sentiment is on a Labels 10 die cut, and also sponged with new sprout ink.

The ribbon is PTI raspberry fizz.

Luvbug Ladybug

Here's another super-fun image from Pink Cat Studio! This is Luvbug Ladybug, and isnt it sooooo adorable? Love that it is holding a flower and has hearts on the antenae!! I had to glitter those up! It's all about the SPARKLE, people! (There is a close-up, below)

I just love these stamps, they are so much fun to color the images. On this one, I was even able to add some glitter and glossy accents. I made the ladybug wings all shiny, using glossy accents, and glittered the antenae.

The image rests on Spellbinders Label 3 die cuts. I used Memento Cantaloupe ink to sponge around the white layer. The big flowers are from Prima, and the button is from PTI. The felt border is made with the PTI Eyelet Lace border die. I am so loving the look that that border die creates, and I especially like using felt with it.

Here is a close-up of the image details:

I don't know, Im thinking this may make a really sweet Valentine Card, although I am in no frame of mind for V-Day yet. :-)

Here is a complete list of supplies for this card:

Cardstock: PTI- White, Black, Pure Poppy.
Stamps: Pink Cat Studio- Luvbug Ladybug, Muah (sentiment).

They are sooooo much fun to color, and you can download the matching sentiments for free. There is a new release of digis every Thursday! This little cutie is call Itty Bitty Betty on a Rainbow.

This card was really easy to make, its just a simple Kraft base- textured by using the PTI Sunshine impression plate. Holiday Cutie

This little holiday cutie is one of my FAV new digi-images from Pink Cat Studio. Its Itty Bitty Betty on her Candy Cane Swing!! Isn't she adorable??? This is a close-up of all the little glittery details I gave her. Sparkly hair, swing chains and bows. The pattern paper, from Imaginisce-Polar Expressions is even glittered too!! The big snowflake buttons are from Walmart. AND, of course I colored this little darling with my Copic markers. I am having so much fun experimenting with colors and blending techniques with these markers!!

Here is the inside of the card, that I just had to decorate. I find that I **need** to do this with all of my cards lately. If its just blank inside, its just not done for me. LOL. The sentiment on the inside comes from the Unity Stamp Co Bright and Merry Winter Wishes set.
Here are the Copic markers that I used.

Lily Lollipops

Pink Cat Studio has THE MOST ADORABLE digi stamps!! I had so much fun coloring in little Lily here, while giving thoughts to the upcoming holiday season. Eeeeek, I can't believe I just said that- I am usually soooooo last-minute when it comes to the holidays. Basically because I am usually in denial this time of year. Denial that the year has come and gone so quickly, denial of the weather changing, and denial of having to shop and prepare!! LOL.
Here is the inside of my card, I used a Pink Cat Studio digi sentiment as well. Be sure to check out their website, they release new digis every Thursday!! I literally **just** got into digi-stamps and I am sooooo loving them already!!
AND, here are my Copics used for coloring this adorable image!! Coloring is very therapeutic after working all day, I feel so relaxed now!! LOL.
