2 Pages in One Night?? This cant be happening...I'm on a Roll!!!

I am having so much fun playing with all my new stamp sets from Unity. Here is another 8X8 scrapbook page I made tonight. Yes!! Two in one night! Im so excited. I made this page with my personal favorite color combination Purple and Blue. The supplies I used are as follows: Unity Stamps: Simple Pleasures and Sentiments O'Simple, Paper Pizzaz DP, Eggplant and Bliss Blue SU paper, HodgePodge Hardware (Silver), and I embossed the sentiment in the upper left corner of the large photo with Turquiose Craft Ink and clear powder. This page makes me smile when I look at it. My daughter is so silly when she puts her sunglasses on, she almost turns into a diva. I still need to put some journalling on the page; Im trying to decide if I am going to list the memories or write a paragraph. Decisions, Decisions. :) Thanks for stopping by.

Pink and Orange- What a great Combo

I am playing around with some new Unity Stamps tonight and came up with this 8X8 page. I am totally not a fan of pink or orange alone, however, together they make quite the combination. I really wanted to show off the birght colors in these pictures of my daughter playing on the playgound. I hope the picture shows the giant jewel brad on the info tag. For this project I used Paper Pizzaz DP, Cameo Coral and YoYo Yellow SU paper, Unity Stamps: Amazing Me, Confetti Birthday, Oh Happy Day. I used copic markers to color in the brackets around the picture. The giant jewel brad comes from Oriental Trading. Thanks so much for looking.

Happy Birthday Dear Friend

So, a very good friend of mine is having a birthday this weekend. I created this card with the awesome Unity Stamps set called "Confetti Birthday." (I also used the Sentiments O'Simple set for the sentiment). Its a dark blue card base (Blue Bayou SU) with a dark brown mat (Chocolate Chip SU). I then placed a strip of striped paper (American Crafts) down the side of the card. The cupcake is stamped in SU Chocolate Chip ink. I colored the image with copics and glittered the "icing" and candle flame with irridescent ice. The card is the regular A2 size (quarter fold). It looked like the card needed something else on the front, so I stamped the "celebrate" sentiment. I'm kinda regretting it now, as I'm not sure if I like the way it looks. Thanks so much for looking.

My First Unity Project

I am totally in LOVE with a new stamp company, Unity Stamps. I have already purchased a few sets, and got to playing today. The set used here is "Wild and Crazy Bunch." This stamp set is a real cute zoo animals/baby/sentiment set. Its versatile for any scrapbook or cardmaking project you may have. I can tell right now I am going to get alot of use out of that arrow stamp.
Unity Stamps are great, they are larger than your everyday stamps and that is why I enjoy them so much. They are also very unique stamps.
This is an 8X8 page. I used ProvoCraft DP, Cuttlebug Paisley folder, Copics to color the images, SU soft sky and cocoa paper, square brads and pink grosgrain ribbon.
I am looking at this page, and while I'm happy I had the time to create it today, Im sad that I am SO FAR BEHIND in my daughter's scrapbook. She is turning 3 in July. And, Im only on her first month of photos. I feel I have the need to scrap every photo I EVER took of her. I just need to pick the better ones and start moving forward.
Thanks so much for looking!!
