Acrylic Birthday Wishes

This is the first acrylic card I have ever made!! I like how you can make different scenes show through the clear paper! Now, I just need to figure out a way to photograph these kinds of cards better.....anyone?? Im open to suggestions. :-)

I decided to use these adorable hot air balloon images from Papertrey Ink, Up Up and Away, again. I am soooooo addicted to this stamp set, it is so versatile and can be used for pretty much any kind of card. I paired it with Fillable Frames 5, and its matching die cut. The stitched ribbon is Papertrey- Orange Zest, and the green block is Papertey- Simply Chartreuse.

I don't know why, but everytime I see these balloon images, I just want to hop into one and go for a looooooooooong ride. (And, I am not a heights person either- in reality, a balloon ride would really freak me out!!) Its nice to dream though, right??

Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you are having a wonderful, safe, happy summer!
